Disposition versions
53. Every retailer is required, for each establishment operated in which the retailer sells a product in a redeemable container, to post clearly, in or at the entrance to the establishment, the address of the return site for that establishment, if its area is greater than 375 m2, or the address of the return site nearest to the establishment, if its area is equal to or less than 375 m2.
The requirement to post the address pursuant to the first paragraph also applies to retailers whose retail establishment is located in an isolated or remote territory.
53.
